Oreo Cheesecake
Need a super quick and easy dessert for a dinner party or event? You can’t go past a no-bake cheesecake. Especially when you have a Thermomix to help you!
This recipe is the perfect mix of crunchy biscuit base and delicious (not-too-sweet) filling. And because we’ve added gelatin it slices and serves like a dream.
I reckon this would be nice served with a strong cup of coffee for afternoon tea, too.
