At Thermomix®, we are proud of our customer journey. As your consultant, I want you to feel confident in your purchase decision. That’s why I offer personalised one-on-one or small group cooking experiences, so you can see and explore the Thermomix® first-hand. In the NSW Southern Highlands or Canberra region, these are held in your kitchen (or mine) but I’m also set up to support you online, if you’re from interstate and would like to choose me as your consultant.

When you’re ready to make your Thermomix® purchase, I’ll be there to step you through our easy online ordering process. I’ll run you through your payment options, discuss delivery timeframes and ensure you’re getting the very best offer available. You will also receive a free one-hour set-up and support session, to make sure you can get mixing effortlessly. Inspiration
At ThermoMade, I’m big on customer support. You’ll have access to me via phone or email whenever you need, for as long as you need. You can also arrange as many ‘learning’ cooking experiences as you like. These are great for picking up Thermo-skills, and also qualify you for great host rewards. I also have a Facebook group where you can become part of our community, plus you will often find me sharing recipes and inspiration on Instagram as well as here, on my recipe blog.
