No Bake Muesli Bars
If you’re looking for a quick and easy recipe that’s sure to please those fuss-pot kids, then these No Bake Muesli Bars are worth a try. They are suitably sweet, but full of whole oats, seeds and good fats to keep them full for longer.
Please note, I have used almond meal in this recipe, so they might not be lunchbox friendly, depending on your school’s rules. Next time I’ll have a play using seed meal instead, and let you know if I come up with an easy swap!
These would also be suitable to freeze.
