Creamy Bolognese Risoni

creamy-bolognese-risoni.jpg

Like most families with kids, spaghetti bolognese has been on high rotation in our house for more than a decade. It’s easy, tasty, and best of all, the kids will eat it.
With a Thermomix, the added bonus is it’s easy to hide extra veggies in there without anyone knowing!

But sometimes it’s a pain having to cook the bolognese, and spaghetti, separately. So I came up with this variation. It reminds me of lasagne, in a bowl!
This recipe was a firm favourite with the ThermoMade Facebook community. So I hope you love it, too!
