Apple Crumble Bliss Balls
I created this recipe as a way to pack some additional protein into my girls’ lunchboxes. These bliss balls had to be nut-free for school, but seriously delicious.
The ingredients are easy to come by and the Thermomix makes it easy to bring them all together.
The protein powder is, of course, optional.
Also suitable to freeze.

Preparation
- Add all ingredients to Thermomix bowl and chop 30 seconds/speed 8.
- Roll soup spoon size pieces of dough into balls, then toss in additional coconut to coat.
- Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
Notes:
Moisten hands to making rolling easier.
Place additional coconut into a flat tray or container and shake gently to coat balls.
