These nut-free choc berry bliss balls are lunchbox-friendly, quick to make, and packed with flavour.
Acai has become a hit with teens, and in these bite-sized snacks, it adds a boost of antioxidants alongside naturally sweet dates and cranberries.
No nuts, no fuss—just a simple, wholesome treat perfect for school lunches or an afternoon pick-me-up. Try not to eat them all at once!

Ingredients
Preparation
- Place 130g medjool dates (pitted), 40g dried cranberries, 70g sunflower seeds, 60g desiccated coconut, 50g coconut oil, 2 tbsp raw cacao powder, 2 tbsp acai powder, and 1 tbsp chia seeds into the Thermomix® bowl. Process for 30 sec/speed 9 until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 16 balls and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Moisten hands to making rolling easier.
Place additional coconut into a flat tray or container and shake gently to coat balls.
