Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place 130g medjool dates (pitted), 40g dried cranberries, 70g sunflower seeds, 60g desiccated coconut, 50g coconut oil, 2 tbsp raw cacao powder, 2 tbsp acai powder, and 1 tbsp chia seeds into the Thermomix® bowl. Process for 30 sec/speed 9 until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 16 balls and refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Moisten hands to making rolling easier.

Place additional coconut into a flat tray or container and shake gently to coat balls.
